BG Explores Options for Idku Feedstock

 BG and BP are in talks that could lead to the kick-start of production at the feedstock starved Idku LNG plant operated by BG. The talks between the two British firms revolve around linking their respective gas developments offshore Egypt’s Mediterranean coast. Nigeria s new gas power plant in Ajaokuta is underway

Federal government has reached a memorandum of understanding with 3D Hitech System Ltd for construction of a gas power plant in Ajaokuta. Baker Hughes provides September 2014 global rig count
