KTDA boosts construction of hydro power plants in Kenya

SA's Ascendis acquires Farmalider stake

Fidson to commission $38 million drug plant in Nigeria

Sappi and Boregaard expands capacity at lignin joint venture

Borregaard and Sappi will increase the lignin production capacity by 20,000 tonnes at LignoTech South Africa. The added volume will be marketed to the joint venture company's existing applications and geographical markets. The investment by LignoTech is estimated at R105m (approx. Tanzania: KPC Inefficiency in Eldoret Pushes Rwandan Fuel Transporters to Dar

Firm Sets Up Africa's Largest Biogas Plant

Biogas plant in Africa boosts energy production a year after construction

 The constructed biogas plant in South Africa located in the Uilenkraal dairy farm in the Western Cape has broken the record by achieving a 1.5GWh electricity production this August just a year after it began operation.   Since production work begun, the plant has been meeting 95 percent of the electricity demand for dairy farmers, animal feed milling and crop irrigation activities.The plant also produces high quality bio-fertilizer.... The construction of high efficient power plant in Africa to commence
