Chinese firm to set up fish processing plant in Kenya

A Chinese company has signed an agreement with a Kenyan regional government to set up a fish processing plant at the cost of US$9mn China’s Beijing Xidan Company Limited will build an ultra-modern fish processing plant in Naivasha in the Nakuru country, about 120 km northwest of Nairobi. Kenya President Roots for Closer Partnerships in Infrastructure Development

Dow Chemical seeks to triple Africa revenue in five years

Kenya: County Government Urged to Control Small-Scale Mining

An environmentalist in Gatundu wants the government to put in place stringent measures to control small-scale mining with a view to curb environmental degradation in Kiambu County. Kenya: Ormat Teams With Toshiba in Geothermal Energy
