Ethiopians inaugurate new Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit project

Ethiopia on Sunday inaugurated a modern rail project that has been constructed by the China Railway Group (CREC) in the capital of the east African country. GGC increases capacity to process more gas

The Ghana Gas Company says it is upgrading its infrastructure to enhance the capacity to receive all the gas from the Jubilee Field for processing. The development is expected to help improve the country’s current energy challenge. Uganda, China Sign Deal to Boost Mining Sector

The Uganda Chamber of Minerals and Petroleum (UCMP) has signed a cooperation agreement with a Chinese province to help boost the budding mining sector. New African Development Bank President Adesina looking to mobilize $55B for energy projects on the continent

Newly constructed light rail system in East Africa starts operation

 The mega electrified light rail system in Ethiopia which cost US$ 475m during construction has finally commenced operation, head of Ethiopia Railways Corporation Getachew Betru has confirmed.
