WFP Pledges to Boost Tanzania's Maize Markets

The visiting Executive Director of WFP (The World Food Programme), David Beasley confirmed that they plan to buy 75000 metric tons of maize from Tanzania, while he was in Dar es Salaam this week. This is in line with the UN organizations ongoing exercise to expand market reliability for the corns from Tanzania.   They intend to buy between 75,000-100,000 Metric tons of the crop in the next six months from the 30,000 tons they had already.... Tullow Oil to Resume Turkana Oil Operations

UNICEF Pledges 150 Mn to Boost Kenya's Heathcare Programme

Tanzania- Stieglers Gorge water project almost complete

 According to the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, Stiegler’s Gorge water project in Tanzania is now at 80% complete. Rwandan Youth Develop Solar-Powered Technology for Farmers

US $175bn Gas Project to Benefit Tanzania
