p Our Founder and Honorary President Abdul Vahap Bal, p p He started his adventure in the autoclave industry in the 1960s as a technician at the Ministry of Health. p p He established his company and created the brand ldquo;Tek-bal rdquo; in 1980. As a result of the R amp;D studies he carried out for many years, he produced the first domestic autoclave by transferring his own technical knowledge. p p In 1990, Ziya Yasar, the second generation of the family, took over the company, duly fulfilled the technical knowledge transferred to him and added many innovations. p p In 2012, Mehmet Muslum Yauar, the third generation of the family, took over the company and maximized the sterilization safety by using the advanced technology systems of the 21st century and making electronic improvements. p p Sinem Yasar, the 3rd generation of the family, joined the company in 2020 and made radical improvements in the fields of production and quality system. p p Tek-bal Medical Devices is a well-established family company that has been going on for 3 generations, from father to son, from son to grandson. p
