It seeks to be the leading advocate of the right to own, use and transfer real property; the acknowledged leader in developing standards for efficient, effective and ethical real estate business practices and valued by highly skilled real estate professionals and brokerage services. br br Working on behalf of Kenyan property owners, the K.P.R.A provides a facility for professional, development, research and exchange of information among its members and to the public and government for the purpose of preserving the free enterprise system and transfer real property. br br K.P.R.A will create training and certification for its members, offer networking opportunity to its members and valued affiliates or vendors in related services. br br Kenya Professional Realtors Association, abbreviated as KPRA, is a professional organization that advances Real Estate Professional Services for Real Estate Professionals who buy, sell and manage real estate and related businesses. br br KPRA Provides a variety of services to its members including professional designation, training certification, education and legislative representation, as well as membership in local and regional businesses affiliated with KPRA. br br Members who hold the PR are designated as Professional Realtors who choose to voluntarily subscribe to a strict code of ethics within the laws of Kenya. The term Professional Realtor is a registered trademark that can only be used by our members. Those who do not subscribe to our strict CODE OF ETHICS can not be our members. p
