Pak Elektron Limited PEL is the pioneer in the manufacturing of electrical goods in Pakistan and an SEC approved manufacturer. It was established in 1956 in technical collaboration with M s AEG of Germany. PEL comprises of two divisions. Power Division Appliances Division. The products of Power Division include Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, MV LV Switchgears, Energy Meters and Instrument Transformers. PEL Power Division produces: - Power Transformers up to 60MVA, 132 Voltage Class - Distribution Transformers oil and dry types up to 10MVA, 36kV - MV Switchgear up to 2500A, 33kV voltage class - LV Switchgear up to 6000A, 1000V voltage class and - Digital Energy meters 1 phase 3 phases with or without GPRS Modem Designs are properly adapted to Modern Manufacturing Technologies aimed at maintaining the highest quality standards and keeping costs competitive. Advanced computational techniques are backed up by experimental verification to ensure quality of design and manufacturing processes.
