p Providing Services with Assured Support Since 1990 Raaj Industrial Lubricants Limited, established in the year, 1990 by the Rajgarhia Group Of Enterprises, has diversified interests spanning across Automobiles, Pharmaceuticals, Steel, Abrasives, Refractories etc. The plant spreads over a 10-acre campus in the Faridabad Industrial Area, comprising twin petroleum blending plants, dedicated to the domestic market and international trade. Blending Technology amp; Capacity p p - Established with a patented air purging technology, the combined plant blending capacity exceeds 1,44,000 MT per annum, with over 3000 MT of base oil storage capacity and 300 MT of finished bulk lube storage capacity. p p - The blending capacity of the plant is bifurcated with multiple blending tanks ranging from 5 KL to 150 KL capacity imparting flexibility in order sizes and product range. p p - The company has heavily invested in high-precision filling lines from 210 L automatic barrel lines, imported from France Precia Mollen to 6-head amp; 4-head small-pack automatic filling lines. p p - In-house warehousing facilities exceed 1,00,000 sq ft to ensure a fast turnaround of orders received from our valued customers The R amp;D centre is managed by experts with over 30 years of experience in the petroleum field and over 2000 formulations to cater to the ever-changing market. Performance Testing Apparatus In The R amp;D Centre: p p - The R amp;D Centre is equipped with all routine and performance testing apparatus as per BIS, ASTM, APLSAE, LSAC, ACEA, JASO, and JAMA guidelines used worldwide. p p - Four ball testers installed in house - ICP-OES, MRV, HTHS, CCs, and Brookfield viscometers.
