Electronic Line break control device quot;eLBC quot; system for monitoring and automation of gas pipeline blockade, use of solar panels, in locations where there is no power supply - public city network. eLBC is device that measure pressure drop in real time and gives you security that loss of medium if anything bed happens will be reduced to a miniumum. Electronic line brak control, quot;e-LBC quot; is primarily intended for monitoring the pressure drop on the pipeline and automatically closing two adjacent valves. The device continuously, every second, measures the pressure, and in case the pressure drop gradient is greater than the set one, the device sends a command to the actuator to close the valve after the delay time has expired up to 3 minutes, adjustable by 1 second . When the e-LBC closes the valve, all measurement values are saved to the SD card with the exact closing time date, hour, minute and second . In this way, huge fluid losses from pipelines are prevented and ecological and material catastrophic consequences of pipeline rupture are prevented. Installation of the system on existing valves is very simple. All data on the state of pressure and eventual closing of valves are immediately sent to the dispatch center. LBC Calibration device under brand name quot;RIKI quot; LBC is a protective control device that constantly measures the pressure on the gas pipelines and, in the event of a pressure drop greater than a certain value per minute, closes the valve using an actuator. LBC devices must be periodically adjusted and checked to ensure their correctness. So the device has to be inspected and calibrated to keep safety factor on whished value. LBC Calibration device quot;RIKI quot; is the generator of linear pressure drop which simulates drop of the pressure on the gas pipeline and provides the possibility to set up the correct precise values. The device functions as a linear pressure drop generator and as a quot;data logger quot;. This is MOBILE SOLUTION quot;on wheels quot; and it is suitable for on site inspections and calibration. This is completely new and innovative product on the market. AEGIS ROCKSHIELD is designed for pipeline protection in challenging environments, particularly rocky backfill scenarios. Crafted from high-density polyethylene using a special expansion technique, it blends strength with flexibility. The diamond-shaped mesh pattern provides a robust shield for pipeline corrosion coatings, ensuring the integrity and longevity of the infrastructure. p
